The Bargaining Committee researches industry conditions, surveys members for priorities, and develops a comprehensive proposal with clear goals and fallback positions.
Negotiate & Agree
Multi-session negotiations with stakeholders. Each session builds on the last. Our team pushes for the strongest possible terms while maintaining productive relationships.
Implement & Monitor
Once an agreement is reached, we implement the new standards and continuously monitor compliance. Violations trigger our grievance procedures.
